EU-LIFE join forces with the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA) to organise the workshop Steering Success in MSCA Projects: A World Café Workshop on the Evolving Role of Project Managers'. It aims to spotlight the varied challenges, specific requirements, and successful strategies employed by project managers, bringing together a diverse set of stakeholders - from researchers to policymakers and funders. Designed to foster interactive discussions, participants will split into smaller groups and engage in focused subtopics of project and research management in MSCA at each table.
