EU-LIFE Better Together session: The power of change management in core facilities
How can core facilities stay relevant in a fast-moving research environment? This Better Together session explores how change management approaches can help Core facilities navigate evolving technologies, user needs, collaborations, and sustainability challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Three core facility experts (Saskia Lippens, Deputy Director of VIB Technologies at VIB; Danielle Hoyle, Head of research operations at the Babraham institute and Kateřina Hošková, Secretary for research infrastructures at CEITEC) will present cases from their institutes where applying change management principles benefited core facilities and the institutes.
The speakers have co-authored a paper on change management in core facilities and are members of the EU-LIFE Core Facility working group.
