Computational Cytometry Summer School (3rd edition)
Registration is for selected participants only.
After a successful second edition we are very excited to announce the third edition of our computational cytometry summer school!
Join us for an extensive hands-on program designed for researchers, data scientists and professionals interested in advancing their skills in computational techniques for cytometry data analysis in R. Theoretical sessions will be interlaced with time to work on your own data, with expert instructors ready to assist.
This summer school covers the full computational cytometry pipeline, including:
- Basic cytometry data handling
- Quality control
- Batch effect correction
- Clustering
- Statistics
- Creating publication-ready figures
Objectives:
By the end of the summer school, researchers will better understand the dos and don'ts of many different algorithms and feel comfortable to start exploring cytometry data in R. While an example dataset will be provided, participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own FCS files to explore.
Required skills:
Basic experience in R programming: Register for the following Basic statistics in R course
